Account Deletion
If you want your Jam Book account removed, email info@hardcode-studios.com from the same email address used on your Jam Book account with the subject line Jam Book Account Deletion.
Sending the request from your registered Jam Book email address helps us verify ownership and protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests.
What to Include
- Your Jam Book account email address.
- A clear statement that you want your Jam Book account deleted.
- Any additional details that may help us identify the account if needed.
What We Delete
When a valid deletion request is processed, we will aim to remove or anonymize server-side account data associated with Jam Book, including:
- your account profile information used for Jam Book sign-in;
- active server-side session data;
- password reset records that are no longer needed;
- Jam Book collaboration data linked to your account, where deletion is technically and operationally appropriate.
What May Remain
- Information we must retain for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
- Data stored locally on your own device until you uninstall the app or clear app storage.
- Shared or collaborative content where deletion could affect other users, subject to operational and legal requirements.
Local Data on Your Device
Jam Book stores some songs, settings, images, and recordings locally on your device. Deleting your account does not automatically erase local data already stored on that device. To remove local data, uninstall the app or clear the app's local storage on your device.
Response Time
We aim to respond to deletion requests within a reasonable time. If we need more information to verify the request, we will contact you first.
